This step in the workflow marks the end of the pilot project. At this point:

1. Project Coordinator: Summarize what has been learned in the pilot project.
2. Project Coordinator: Deliver the workflow model.
3. Project Coordinator: Suggest role descriptions going forward.
4. Project Coordinator: Suggest next steps.
5. Project Advisory Board and Project Coordinator: Write a proposal to NSF or a foundation for a follow-on project to support ongoing operation.

Going forward, reporting will be done on a continuous basis, using the following steps.

1. Project Coordinator: Update lessons learned as the virtual archive grows. Summarize for Advisory Board.
2. Project Coordinator: Revise the workflow as necessary.
3. Project Coordinator: Suggest next steps.
4. Project Advisory Board and Project Coordinator: Write follow-on proposals as necessary to fund ongoing operations.
