Check-in must be between the hours of 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. Final check-out is no later than 11:00 AM to avoid an additional day charge. No refunds for early departure will be granted. The Front Desk, for check-in and check-out, is located on the Lobby Level of the hall. The telephone at the Front Desk is 312-355-6201 and should be used for emergencies only.

Once keys are issued at check-in, each resident is responsible for his or her own keys. UIC Meetings and Conferences staff will not hold keys at the Front Desk. Upon departure, please remember to turn in your room key at check-out. Keys that are lost or not returned at check-out can cost up to $334.00 to replace and will be charged to the guest. The UIC Guest Key Tag should not be removed from the key ring.

Each room is an individual bedroom in an apartment with living room, kitchen, and bathroom(s). The residence hall also has extensive lounge and study rooms as well as amenity spaces such as a computer lab, TV room, and laundry room. Standard linen is provided in the daily room rates and includes a blanket, pillow, pillowcase, sheets, towels, and a washcloth. Please leave all linens in your room upon check-out so they will be accounted for. Pay telephones are located in the residence halls and in the student centers. Individual rooms do not have telephones.

If you will be driving into Chicago, parking permits will be available from the UIC Parking Office upon check-in. The rate for parking is $31.00 for the week. Directions to the parking office will be provided to you upon arrival at the hall.
