AAAI-14 Exhibit Program—AAAI/CogSci Robotics Exhibition
Call for Participation
Québec City, Québec, Canada July 26–31, 2014
Cosponsored by the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence and the Cognitive Science Society
We invite research groups and robotics companies to participate in this year's joint AAAI/CogSci Robotics Exhibition in Quebec City, Canada from July 26 to July 31, 2014. The exhibition is an opportunity to demo your robot systems to a huge audience of approximately 900 AI researchers and approximately 1800 cognitive science researchers.
Exhibitors will be given space for the final day of CogSci, and the full run of AAAI (including workshops and tutorials). We especially encourage demonstrations of the incredible progress that has been made in robotics in the last five years. Demos, research platforms, educational tools, spin-offs and consumer robots are all welcome.
Exhibit registrations can be made on the AAAI Exhibits page under the standard AAAI exhibitor guidelines.
Exhibitor fees range from $1,225 for commercial vendors to $425 for university research laboratories (with restricted benefits). Standard exhibitor benefits include a 100-word listing in the AAAI program and one complimentary full technical program registration. Note that robotics exhibitioners can receive multiple exhibitioner registrations for the price of a single demonstration registration.
Please register by May 15; after that date we will contact exhibitioners to determine their logistical needs.
