Technical Program Registration
The AAAI-15/IAAI-15 technical program registration includes admission to all technical paper and poster sessions, the Tutorial Forum, invited talks, exhibits, demos, competitions, the opening reception, and an electronic copy of the AAAI-15/IAAI-15 paper presentations.

The Platinum Regular rate includes a one-year full membership in AAAI, full print and online access to AI Magazine, plus the discounted member rate for the AAAI-15 conference. It's an easy renewal option for existing AAAI members who wish to maintain all benefits of membership!
Silver is a promotional AAAI-15 rate that includes one-year online-only access to AI Magazine plus the discounted member rate for the AAAI-15 conference.

Tutorial Forum Registration

The AAAI-15 Tutorial Forum is open to all technical registrants. Please select consecutive tutorials on Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26. (Note that there are several non-standard tutorial lengths this year, with 1/2- and 3/4-day options.) Tutorial syllabi will be available for download at the individual speaker's websites in January.

The workshop fee includes admission to one workshop and an electronic copy of the workshop papers, if one is available. Workshop participation is sometimes limited to those active participants determined by the organizer prior to the conference. However, most workshops also allow general registration by other interested individuals. For more information, please contact the individual organizers.

Opening Reception and Poster/Demo Session
The AAAI-15 Opening Reception will be held on Monday evening, January 26, at the University of Texas at Austin, and the Poster/Demo Sessions will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, January 27-29, at the Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel. Admittance to the opening reception and the conference-wide poster/demo session are included in the AAAI-15 technical registration fee. Guests and children are welcome for the following fees:

Student Newcomer Lunch
AAAI will holds its first Student Newcomer Lunch on Sunday, January 25, at 1:00pm. This lunch is designed to welcome first-time students to the conference and give them an opportunity to meet other participants before the launch of the main conference. If you are interested in joining us, please apply by checking the box on the registration form. Attendance is limited to the first 70 applicants. (Note that this event is tentative pending financial support.)
AAAI-15 Open House
The AAAI-15 Open House will be held Monday, January 26, for high-school students in the Austin area, the general public, graduate and undergraduate students, and established AI researchers. The latest work in many areas of AI will be showcased. If you plan to attend, please check the appropriate box on the registration form. Attendance is complimentary.
Breakfast with Champions: A Women's Mentoring Event
AAAI is holding an inaugural women's mentoring event between women students and senior women in CS/AI. Breakfast with Champions will be Wednesday morning, January 28, 2015. This event follows on the successful footsteps of the Doctoral Consortium Mentoring program. If you are interested in joining us, please apply by checking the box on the registration form. Attendance is limited to the first 40 applicants.

AAAI-15 Hard Copy Proceedings
Preregistrants may order a hard copy of the AAAI-15 proceedings, which will be mailed after the conference. The preconference discounted price will be determined in mid-January. Shipping and handling will be added. Individuals who select this option will be contacted regarding the final cost after the conference.
Payment of registration fees is required at the time of registration. Checks and bank transfers must be in US dollars. American Express, MasterCard, and VISA are also accepted. Registration applications must be submitted online by the registration deadlines to qualify for reduced rates. If you qualify for student rates, please submit your proof of student status to AAAI by email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to +1-650-321-4457.
The deadline for refund requests is January 13, 2015. All refund requests must be made in writing to email@example.com. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite Registration and Badge Pick-Up
Onsite registration and badge pick-up will be located in the foyer of the Texas Ballroom on the the second level of the Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel, 208 Barton Springs Road, Austin, Texas 78704, USA; +1-512-477-1234. Registration hours will be Sunday and Monday, January 25-26, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Tuesday, January 27, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Wednesday and Thursday, January 28-29, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; and Friday, January 30, 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM. All attendees must pick up their registration packets and badges for admittance to programs.
