AIIDE-11 Registration

The AIIDE-11 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper and poster sessions, invited talks, the opening reception, and the CD of the AIIDE-11 Conference Proceedings. AIIDE-11 registrants will have the option of attending one one-day workshop at a discounted price on Tuesday, October 11. (Note that there is no discounted price for the 2-day workshop on Intelligent Narrative Technologies.)

AIIDE-11 Registration Fees are posted on the online and pdf versions of the registration form. Options are available for AAAI members, students, and nonmembers. Platinum registrations (which include membership in AAAI) are also available. Early registration rates expire on August 26th. Late registration rates expire September 16, after which the onsite rate will apply.

Workshops

AIIDE-11 will feature three workshops, which are available at extra cost. The Workshop Only fee includes admission to one workshop and the accompanying technical report or working notes. This registration fee does NOT include admittance to any AIIDE-11 technical session or reception. Registration is valid only for the day(s) of the workshop. The workshops are:

• W1: Intelligent Narrative Technologies 4 (2-day)
• W2: Workshop on Artificial Intelligence in the Game Design Process (1-day)
• W3: Workshop on Nonplayer Character AI (1-Day)

The cost of a 1 day workshop is $125.00 each ($60.00 each, student rate). The cost of the two-day workshop is $175.00 ($85.00 student rate).

Parking

AIIDE-11 has arranged for special event parking in the PS6 parking structure, easily accessible to and from Tresidder Union by the Marguerite shuttle or by walking. The parking pass is available as a three- ($15.00) or a five-day ($25.00) pass.

Opening Reception Guest

Admittance to the AIIDE-11 Opening reception is included in the AIIDE-11 technical conference registration. Guests and children are welcome for the following fees:

Child $15.00

2011 Proceedings

A hard copy of the AIIDE-11 proceedings may be purchased at the pre-publication price of $25.00 during the preregistration period. (Shipping is additional and will be calculated at the time of shipment after the conference.) See the online registration form for details.

Payment Information
Prepayment of registration fees is required. Checks and bank transfers must be in US dollars. American Express, MasterCard, and VISA are also accepted. Registration applications must be postmarked, faxed, or submitted online by the registration deadlines to qualify for reduced rates. Student registrations must be accompanied by proof of full-time student status. Online registrants can fax their proof of student status to +1 650-321-4457.

Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is September 23, 2011. All refund requests must be made in writing. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite Registration
Onsite registration will be held in the Foyer of the Oak Lounge, Tresidder Union, Stanford University. All attendees must pick up their registration packets for admittance to programs. Registration hours will be Monday, October 10, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm; Tuesday – Wednesday, October 11–12, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Thursday, October 13, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday, October 14, 8:30 am – 12:00 pm.
