Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted at rates then publicly available, subject to availability. Reservations should be made directly with the Hilton Pasadena through one of the methods listed above. The Hilton Pasadena rates are subject to State and City taxes in effect at the time of check in. Currently, these taxes are 15 percent and are subject to change without prior notice.
Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the Group Reservations Department. A credit card number or one (1) nights' advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of the block. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or one (1) night room and tax will be assessed.
Parking: Guest parking is available at a special discounted rate currently at $15.00 in the Self Park Garage and valet parking is $21.00 per day (recommended). These rates are subject to change.

The extended group rates are valid three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the event, based upon availability. Rates quoted are net, non-commissionable.
