This symposium brought together researchers from diverse disciplines as well as practitioners and managers engaged in projects that require creativity. Papers were presented on a wide range of topics, including philosophical issues in the computational study of creativity, psychological theories and models of creativity, conceptual and formal models of creativity, representational redescription, analogy and metaphor, theory generation and discovery, hybrid architectures, use of AI and other computational techniques to enhance creativity, and application areas.
